I am experienced Customer Success leader who has built and transformed CS teams and departments in large tech companies.

I enjoy leading change that supercharges CSM teams by making them more efficient, effective and impactful, and ensuring businesses make a solid return on their investment in a Customer Success function - measured in customer retention, growth acceleration and referenceability.
